5’6” ; HW: 260 CW: 240 *i don’t really remember a lowest weight, always been heavy. 

DECEMBER 1st

marks the start of a new, improved journey. I’ve totally and utterly slacked off these past few months, and its time for a fresh start. I am giving myself from Dec 1st to Aug 1st to lose 100 lbs. 224 days. 100 lbs. which essentially equals out to 3lbs a week. Aug 1st is when I move, and start a new chapter in my life. I want to be fit, healthy, skinny, and happy by that time! Healthy way - all the way. Wish me luck, motivation, and hard workk!!! I’m going to need all I can get.
